Statiq ropes in Needhi Lazara as CHRO

Statiq has appointed Needhi Lazara as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Lazara is a seasoned industry veteran, with over two decades of hands-on leadership experience across varied roles in policies & processes, HR operations, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and talent management.

Co-Founder and CEO of Statiq, Akshit Bansal says, "At Statiq, we are thrilled to welcome Needhi Lazara to our management team as our CHRO. People make businesses and a company's performance depends largely on the fit between people and their jobs. That's why, at Statiq, people are the first priority and we believe Needhi is the right person to manage our most important resource. Her vast experience will help us strengthen our HR function and scale it up in the right manner. Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment in Statiq's nascent journey as we aim to accelerate our growth into a sustainable and collaborative ecosystem."

The newly appointed CHRO of Statiq, Needhi Lazara said, "I am very excited to join the organisation and use my skills to support our clients, partners, and colleagues. Statiq is passionately committed to its cause of providing an innovative EV network for all, and it'll be my endeavour to take the company further towards its goals. Statiq, in my opinion, has a great business model and a young, energetic management team that makes it uniquely positioned to lead the dynamic industry it inhabits."

Before Statiq, Lazara was the Director of SB Energy, a leading climate infrastructure and technology platform. Her previous employers include Times Internet Limited, HSBC, Delphi, and Amway. She also holds an MBA degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

As a company, Statiq wants to provide an end-to-end ecosystem for EV chargers and to assure everybody that whether it's within their town or city, or on long drives over weekends and holidays, a Statiq EV charging station will always be at hand. Hence, just last month Statiq announced a collaboration with EV maker Ather, to enhance the combined EV charging network in the northern states, with a special emphasis on the NCR region. This appointment is the next step on Statiq's part to consolidate its own processes.
